Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our Leadership Workshops and the booking process.

How far in advance should I book a workshop?

We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially for our in-person programmes. However, we understand that needs can arise quickly, so we always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when capacity allows.

Can workshops be customised for our industry?

Absolutely. Every Leadership Workshop we deliver can be tailored to your sector, organisational culture, and specific challenges. During our initial consultation, we conduct a thorough needs assessment to ensure the content, case studies, and exercises are directly relevant to your team.

What is the ideal group size?

Our workshops are most effective with groups of eight to twenty participants. Smaller groups allow for deeper individual coaching, while larger groups benefit from richer peer-to-peer learning. For teams larger than twenty, we can run parallel sessions or design a phased programme.

Do you offer virtual workshops?

Yes. We offer fully virtual Leadership Workshops delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, as well as hybrid formats that combine in-person and remote participants. Our virtual sessions use interactive breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, and real-time polling to maintain engagement.

What happens after the workshop ends?

Every participant receives a personalised action plan and access to our online resource library. We also schedule a 90-day follow-up coaching call to review progress, address challenges, and reinforce key learnings. Extended coaching packages are available for organisations that want ongoing support.
